I don't remember when I came up with the idea that "Boom" was mandatory, but I feel very deeply and passionately that if you're some near-demi-god protector of the universe fighting against things which never existed and never should have with giant lightning bolt lasers, that if you don't have a nice large "BOOM!" going on, then something is very very wrong with the universe at large.

Anyway, Commander Class Ancients are basically made of pure win and god, that blast was mostly Commander Stardust channeling his power right through the propulsion nodes and hull of the ship. I wish I could give a sense of perspective here, but that chaos spawn was REALLY big. Think "Coast Line of Los Angeles" huge.
